How do I place a one-time order using HSA/FSA funds?

To purchase FSA/HSA eligible products using your HSA/FSA funds, follow these steps: 

1. Checkout: Choose Truemed/Pay with HSA/FSA at checkout. Make sure to continue as a guest, and exit out of the Shop Pay popup if prompted.
2. Complete Health Assessment: This quick, private health survey will be reviewed by a licensed provider to determine eligibility.
3. Choose Payment: Pay with your HSA/FSA card, or with a regular credit or debit card. If you pay with a credit or debit card, Truemed will show you how to submit for reimbursement from your HSA/FSA later.
