How do I return a product?

To return a product, simply follow these steps:

1. Contact our Customer Care team via email, chat, or over the phone at 800-953-6424 to initiate your return. This helps us process your return/refund as swiftly as possible.
2.  Please write your order number, which can be found on your order confirmation email, on the box label and on a piece of paper placed inside the package. Our Customer Service team can help locate your order number if you have trouble.
3. Ship it back. Please send your return items to:

When we receive your return, we'll refund the product cost to the same card you used to purchase it. We do not reimburse shipping costs and apologize for the inconvenience.
