How do I return a product?

If your order is eligible for return, just follow these simple steps to get started:

1. Open your order confirmation email and click the "View My Order" link. (Delivery emails will not work to initiate returns.)
2. On your order status page, click "Request Return."

This will automatically notify our Customer Care team and start the return process.

What Happens Next? 

If your return request is approved, you will receive an email confirmation, along with another email with a return shipping label. 

Please note that if we provide a return shipping label, $5.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping.

To help us process your return efficiently, please:

• Write your original order number (from your confirmation email) clearly on the outside of the box
• Include a copy of the order number on a piece of paper inside the package
