Yes, due to local import laws for herbal supplements, there are a few restrictions we must follow. To make sure your package arrives safely, please note the following regional guidelines:
- Canada: We can ship all of your favorites, except for our Ashwagandha Latte mix.
- United Kingdom: Orders must be under £135 GBP and weigh less than 2 kg (4.4 lbs). We cannot ship supplements containing animal products which includes our balms, ghee, honey line, Chyavanprash, and Shakti Prana.
- European Union: Orders must be under €150 Euro and weigh less than 2 kg (4.4 lbs). We cannot ship supplements containing animal products which includes our balms, ghee, honey line, Chyavanprash, and Shakti Prana.
- Australia & New Zealand: We are happy to ship to you, but we cannot send any supplements containing animal products which includes our balms, ghee, honey line, Chyavanprash, and Shakti Prana.
- Colombia: Orders are limited to a maximum of 6 items per order.
- Unavailable Countries: We are currently unable to ship to Japan, Mexico, Singapore, Malaysia, Turkey, Taiwan, Costa Rica, or Peru due to strict local customs regulations on herbal products.
