To track your order's progress, look up your order and click the "Track Order" button, which will take you directly to the most up-to-date info available. If you're logged in, you can also look this up on your My Orders page (stored in your "My Account" tab).
If your tracking information says that your package was delivered, but you're still not seeing it, please try the following:
- Double-check that your shipping info is correct.
- Check with your neighbors and household members (if applicable) to see if they might have inadvertently received your package and forgotten to mention it.
