We recommend using Nasya Oil no more than two times per day—once in the morning and once in the evening.
This timing can be adjusted according to your individual needs, as well as the seasons. For example, it is recommended to practice nasya in the morning in the autumn, winter, and spring, and in the middle of the day in the summer months.
